I met up with Nicole and Stephen bright and early for their Rollins College Engagement Session and as you can see from the pictures below, they totally nailed it! This couple was as easy breezy as they come. From posing to chatting (and spilling all of my Instagram secrets), they just made my morning crazy easy and I had so much fun capturing their adorableness!
A little about the location: Rollins College is nestled right inside of the GORGEOUS little town of Winter Park. The campus itself is beautiful and is a perfect (and popular) location for engagement and wedding pictures. I usually try to do sunrise sessions, as the campus is less crowded and there is plenty of parking! Located right off of Park Ave., it is an easy transition from campus to Winter Park’s Central Park if you would like to add a second location to your session.
A little about me: I am a wedding and engagement photographer (I know…you figured this out already) who loves fun and flirty couples-as illustrated by Nicole and Stephen in the pictures below! What I like about these pictures below is that nothing was forced. I put them in a nice spot, gave them a little direction, and let them be them! This is my preferred way to shoot both my weddings and engagement sessions, and you will hear me call it “lightly posed”. I get a lot of couples who say “we are awkward in front of the camera”-don’t worry. Most of us are! I have a few tricks up my sleeve to help you feel as comfortable as possible during your portraits!
A little about my couple: Nicole plays lacrosse, so she is automatically labeled a total badass in my mind. Stephen enjoys sports too-but in more of an “I like to watch sports on TV” kind of way! They both went to UCF-Stephen is finishing up his last year, and Nicole just started her first post-graduation job!
