Temperatures in the mid-70’s didn’t stop Brandi and Tom from having a Winter Wonderland themed wedding at Falcon’s Fire Golf Club this past December. Florida’s amazing December weather (at least I think it is amazing) gave us such a gorgeous day for their wedding- warm weather and beautiful skies mixed with such a wonderful venue? Yes please!
Tom and Brandi actually met through an online game. Brandi’s brother and Tom played the same game, and she happened to notice Tom and thought he was handsome. They started talking online and about 8 months later he came to visit her in Florida-where they made their relationship official, and eventually he moved here and of course the rest is history. Brandi and Tom are pretty laid back, totally addicted to Disney, and have a fierce love for their close friends and family-and it was clear that they made these things a big part of their wedding day. They were so relaxed throughout the entire day-and if they weren’t, they did a great job hiding!
The ceremony took place at Falcon’s Fire Golf Club’s gazebo, and then we moved to the ballroom for the reception. The ballroom was decorated in navy, silver, grey, and white-giving the room a simple and classic Winter feel. The centerpieces were white frosted branch arrangements with jeweled strands hanging off, and the tables were finished off with tea lights. The candy bar included all navy and silver candy, and their 3 tiered cake was wrapped in navy fondant ribbon, covered with clear sparkling sugar, and then finished off with glitter covered snowflakes. After a night filled with dinner, dancing, Taylor Swift songs, and spending time catching up with family on the Club’s balcony-Brandi and Tom took off through a sea of sparklers and started their life as a married couple.
